Offer a service where you would transport people home from an office party when they have been drinking. You can charge a per-person fee and/or an event fee. For example, you could charge $10 per person or $200 for 20 people. There is an open market for this type of business. I do not know of any existing as yet.

Reversing into a parking spot is hard enough. It is hard to see where you are going, and you certainly have to hope no one is there unknowingly. Offer a service where you install a beeper system that beeps every time your vehicle is in reverse. I know I would feel safer with something like this, because there are children in every apartment at the complex I live at. You could charge $100 or more per installation.

Tourism is a wonderful market to get into. There will always be tourists and tourists love to spend money. You can sell tours to them and they get to ride on a Segway! You can charge $65 or more per person and take small groups of 5-10 people on tours. Each tour should last no longer than 2 hours.

Yes, you can make your own car fuel with apples and potatoes and a little gasoline. With a mixture of gasoline, you have just created ethanol, a fuel for your car at a cheaper price than at the pump. You can also buy and sell wood pellets from Pellet Mart. You can also resell their ethanol products. With gas prices reaching $5 per gallon and more, indeed this business is in high demand.
